Experiential Learning
Thebschool offers classes from pre-kindergarten to class XII.
Grade 9 students at TISB study nine Cambridge IGCSE subjects, giving a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. During Grades 11 and 12 at TISB students will study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The Programme is a rigorous two-year, pre-university course designed to provide students with a well-rounded, internationally regarded programme of study.
In Primary Years we believe that Assessment for Learning (AFL) or formative assessment is the key to effective teaching and learning. It provides an environment in which intercultural understanding can flourish and learners can become inspired. Formative assessment supports on-going learning.
As an international school in Bangalore serving applicants from around the world, we understand the need to be flexible to accommodate unique requirements, and therefore welcome applications from students throughout the year, subject to Grade Level availability. If you are relocating to Bangalore and would like to discuss your specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Department, who will be happy to help you.
