About School

Neev Academy is a full continuum IB school with an option of middle school ICSE. It is a co-educational, English medium, international school, offers classes from grade 1 to 12. Pre-primary curriculum is offered in Neev preschools. About Currriculum :

Being a full continuum IB School, we offer the PYP (Primary Years programme), MYP (Middle Years programme), and the Diploma Programme. In the middle school (G6 to G10). We also offer ICSE curriculum as an alternate curriculum.

IB curriculum is experiential and enquiry based learning. Emphasis on building knowledge through understanding of concepts and real-world problem solving to develop critical and creative thinking skills. The subject options in High school caters to varied interests a child may have, encourages students to be independent learners and critical thinkers.

Assessment and Reporting:

In PYP we have continuous evaluations during the year. The parents would receive a Term 1 and Term 2 report which is qualitative and has descriptive indicators mentioning the progress of the student. In MYP, for Grade 6 & 7 we have timed assessments which are marked on the calendar. For Grades 8 to 10 there are assessments and term end exams as well. Grade 10 and 12 have external assesments at the end of the year.

Teaching Methodology:

The Neev Learning Continuum is designed to help students understand concepts and content for each year level so the learning is engaging, relevant, challenging and significant to all our learners. Thereby aligning with our mission statement – Building Knowledge, Self-Awareness and Relationships with people and environment for happy, healthy, impactful lives.

Classrooms:

We have designed our classrooms to be naturally ventilated with lots of natural light, have space for discussions and activities and integrate technology into daily work – all at an individual or collaborative level.
