The curriculum offered at NAFL is based on the requirements of both Indian and international education systems.
- Pre-primary: Montessori and Kindergarten programmes
- 9 &10: Cambridge IGCSE and ICSE curriculum
- 11 & 12 - ‘A’ Level and ISC curriculum
Children begin Montessori at the age of three and follow a three-year programme. The children begin Kindergarten at the age of four and follow a two-year programme before they graduate to Grade 1.
- Assessment and Reporting:

All through grades 1 to 12, NAFL has a Continuous Assessment programme, where a variety of inputs by students are assessed and graded – homework , assignments, projects, art work, oral presentations, a group effort, regular tests or work sheets. This helps the students focus on a daily review of concepts learnt and they are ready and confident to take a test anytime.
- Teaching Methodology:

All subjects, right from Montessori and Kindergarten to senior school, are tackled laterally or thematically which make for more sensible learning. Rather than a rote method of learning up and memorizing, we infuse interest and energy in the class by employing an interactive method of learning together. After the introduction and initial laying down of parameters, children are encouraged to discuss, question and contribute effectively.

Families residing outside India and seeking admission to NAFL may email us at admin@nafl.in with your child/children’s particulars. We will contact you when we are able to offer a seat through a return email.
Age criteria: Montessori (M1): 3 to 3 ½ years by June and Kindergarten (K1): 4 to 4 ½ years by June and so forth.
