About School

Inventure Academy is an international day school in Bangalore. It was established by the India Learning Foundation in 2005, and since then has risen to the top strata of schools in the country. We offer Pre-Kindergarten to Senior Secondary (Pre K-12) education, and are affiliated to the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) – IGCSE, A/AS levels, and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) – ICSE and ISC.

About Currriculum :

In Primary School, the curricular framework leverages theme-based thinking and sensorial learning. At this level, we follow an integrated curriculum based on NCERT (National Council of Education Research and Training) and the Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) guidelines. 

In Middle School we present an experiential, enquiry-based approach, which transitions students into deep conceptual thinking across disciplines, often culminating in integrated projects. The curriculum here is based on guidelines provided by the ICSE & IGCSE. In Secondary& Senior Secondary School, academic rigour, varied prescribed reading and supervised forays into the internet stimulate and synchronize learning.

Teaching Methodology:

We look beyond Grade level learning outcomes to build value/empathy based education that focuses on developing 21st century skills: the 5 ‘C’s of Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity and Character. We challenge and scaffold our Inventurers so that they learn to think critically, work diligently, play fairly and act empathetically. We’ve added two more ‘C’s: Choice (making decisions) and Compassion. 

Classrooms:

The Primary, Middle and High School blocks each have an atrium, letting in the sky and encouraging a love for nature. Children learn, draw, paint and invent in naturally lit, airy classroom clusters which open into the atria.

Scholarship Programme:

We grant merit-based scholarships every year to students who have excelled in a measurable way in academic and co-curricular spheres and who cannot meet the entire expense of education at Inventure Academy.

The Inventure Academy Admission Process is simple and transparent. It works on the belief that a personal interaction between parents / authorized guardians, the prospective student and the school’s authorized representatives is of far greater value than any conventional admission test. Admissions are granted on a first come first served basis for seats that are available.
