UKG tutions

Dear all my girls twins are at the age of 4 now studying in UKG, one of them struggles to write we both parents sit alongside and trying to make her write but she is just scribbling one time she writes correct but another time she forgets. Do wen need to send her to tution, please suggest we are at Perambur Chennai. Your advice highly appreciated.
